Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy

Due to the high volume of rescheduling requests, we can no longer accommodate changes to our event bookings after they have been confirmed.  Last minute adjustments have made it unsustainable for us to operate effectively, and we appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy to ensure fairness for all participants. 

 

1. No Rescheduling Policy  

Once a hike is booked, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests. Due to high demand and operational constraints, last-minute changes have become unsustainable.  

 

If you can no longer attend your scheduled hike:

  • You may transfer your ticket to someone else (just notify us in advance with their details).  

  • As a goodwill gesture, we offer 20% off your next hike booking with us.

2. Cancellations by Us (Including Weather-Related)

Your safety is our top priority. In rare cases, we may need to cancel a hike due to dangerous weather conditions, trail closures, or unforeseen circumstances.  

 

If we cancel your hike: You will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on another available date.  

We are not responsible for covering travel, accommodation, or other related expenses. We strongly recommend booking flexible travel arrangements and/or travel insurance for outdoor activities.

3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

- If you do not show up for your hike or arrive too late to join the group, no refund or rescheduling will be offered  

- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and safety briefings.

Q: Can I reschedule if my plans change?

A: Unfortunately, no. Due to high demand, we cannot accommodate rescheduling. However, we offer 20% off your next hike as an alternative.  

 

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? 

A: We monitor conditions closely. If we cancel due to safety concerns, you’ll get a full refund or chance to rebook. However, we do not cover external costs (e.g., travel or lodging).  

 

Q: Can I give my spot to someone else?

A: Yes! Just email us the attendee’s name and contact details before the hike.  

 

Q: Do you offer refunds if I cancel?

A: No - all bookings are final. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.
